- Provide each customer with a price estimate on diagnosed repair needs.
- Customer authorizes all work before it is performed.
- Use only proven, quality parts and supplies
- Notify customer if appointment or work will not be completed as scheduled.
- Furnish an itemized invoice.
- Return replaced parts for customer inspection if requested prior to service.
- Only use industry established repair procedures and guidelines.
- Recommend corrective repairs, when problems are diagnosed.
- Recommend preventive maintenance.
- Provide warranty/info on both parts and service.
- Preform the highest quality repair work possible.
- Employ and train the most highly skilled technician available.
- Exercise reasonable care for the customer’s property while in our possession.
- Resolve customer concerns in a fair and equitable manner.
